Activities and Area Attractions
The Annual Promise Land Area Resorts Spring Bass Tournament held at the end of April. Wednesday night is the orientation seminar. Thursday and Friday are fishing days. Friday night is the awards dinner.

Area Attractions
If you feel the need to take a break from the relaxing atmosphere of the Promise Land Area consider visiting some of the area's attractions and interesting sites. A short drive will take you to such places as the Bull Shoals Dam, 1890 Mountain Village and Bull Shoals Caverns, Top of the Ozarks Tower, Peel Ferry on Bull Shoals, the Norfork National Trout Hatchery, the historic Wolf House and Dawt Mill, just to name a few.
For the more adventurous guest, we suggest day trips to Bass Pro Shop and Outdoor Museum, Eureka Springs, Silver Dollar City, Branson, Blanchard Springs Caverns, Ozark Fold Center, Laura Ingles Wilder Museum and more.
How about a day of canoeing the famous Buffalo River or the North Fork River while enjoying a picnic lunch along the shoreline?
Horseback riding on area trails may be your thing on a nice cool morning or possibility a round of golf on one of three course in the area. The avid shopper or bargain hunter may easily consume a day exploring the various small shops featuring: local crafts, antiques, collectibles, or that special piece of Arkansas treasure.
